Your code from paypal should look something like this:

<form action="https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr" method="post" target="_top">
<input type="hidden" name="cmd" value="_s-xclick">
<input type="hidden" name="hosted_button_id" value="<strong>XXXXXXXXXXXX</strong>">
<input type="image" src="https://www.paypalobjects.com/en_US/GB/i/btn/btn_buynowCC_LG.gif" border="0" name="submit" alt="PayPal – The safer, easier way to pay online.">
<img alt="" border="0" src="https://www.paypalobjects.com/en_GB/i/scr/pixel.gif" width="1" height="1">
</form>

In the place of XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX you will have your individual number. Copy it and paste into this link (replacing the XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX)

https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_s-xclick&hosted_button_id=XXXXXXXXXXXXX

Then go to you pricing table and use this whole link in the link attribute of a button for example:

[table_button color="black" link="https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_s-xclick&hosted_button_id=XXXXXXXXXXX"]order now[/table_button]
